Goal: Create a sustainable habit that ensures you never stop learning.
Content: The most successful self-taught students aren’t the ones who study the longest; they are the ones who study the most consistently.
-
The 5-5-5 Method:
-
5 Minutes (Review): Recite what you learned yesterday to keep it fresh.
-
5 Minutes (New): Work on a new verse or a new rule.
-
5 Minutes (Listening): Listen to a professional Qari to “reset” your ears.
-
-
Habit Stacking: Connect your Quran time to a habit you already have. For example, “I will recite for 10 minutes immediately after my Fajr prayer” or “during my lunch break.”
-
Self-Correction Tip: Never skip the “Review” phase. If you can’t read yesterday’s verse perfectly, don’t move to a new one today.
-
Exercise: Choose your “Quran Time” for the next 7 days and set a reminder on your phone.
